A few things:
1. You should give travellers the option of immediate hotel room on arrival. When you have travelled all night from Canada (the west coast in our case) it is brutal to be denied access to a hotel room until 4:00/pm as was the case for us in Porto. We would have happily paid for the extra night to get room access.
2. The train reservations from Porto to Lisbon were a disaster. We were not given individual seat assignments and told we could sit in any seat in the car. Well once settled non-Wingbuddy travellers said we were sitting in their reserved seat. This happened to several people and moving people and luggage without knowing which seats were free for us was a nightmare (the train car was packed). On arrival in Lisbon the Wingbuddy representative assured us we each had specific seats but these were never communicated to us. This definitely needs to be fixed.
3. The advance info about the excursions was sketchy at best. There were no prior written specifics about times or details of sights and activities. You should have a more detailed guide with some photos to help people decide. We reserved the second all day excursion in Lisbon but then did not go because we realized we were getting almost no time to see Lisbon properly. Also the long excursion the day before involved a lot of bus time and we did not want to spend another full day in a bus.
4. Overall we had a great trip and the hotels were good. Your representatives were friendly. We wish you would mail the trip information not just rely on email. Trying to absorb all the travel info on email and apps is hard for older people.
